The Page of Pentacles (Page of Rocks in the Penguin tarot deck) is the card that represents manifestation, an opportunity to develop a skill or a financial opportunity that is too good to pass up. If you are thinking of starting a new business or venture, then this is the card that would show up for that.
This card really represents you if you are brand new to the business world, but your enthusiasm and commitment, as well as devotion, are what is making you eager to start. And you know that you have to learn some new skills as well in order to run a business. However, remember that this card represents literally the earliest phase of business planning. It is not the action or planning phase, which would be the next card, that is the Knight of Pentacles.
The Page of Pentacles can also represent a pregnancy that is quite early on, but many tarot readers don’t read for health and pregnancy-related issues which is why they rarely refer this card to that.
When The Page of Pentacles is in reverse, it is a sign that you are not ready to start a new venture. This could show through procrastination, as well as no progress being made after initiation. It can also mean that there was a failure but you are learning from it.
